Why is my domain still showing the old site after I changed DNS?+
DNS changes propagate over 1 to 24 hours depending on your ISP and TTL. Try flushing your local DNS cache or testing from a different network. If it's still wrong after 24 hours, open a support ticket.
How do I cancel auto-renew on a domain or plan?+
Open your dashboard, go to the relevant service, and toggle auto-renew off. We'll still email you renewal reminders so the service doesn't lapse by accident.
I can't log in. Help.+
Use the Reset password link on the login page. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support from a verified email address on the account.
Can I get an invoice with my company's TIN?+
Yes. Add your TIN and company name in Account > Billing details. Future invoices will include them automatically. We can also reissue past invoices on request.
How do I migrate my site from another host?+
On managed WordPress and paid hosting plans we'll migrate your site for free. Send us your old host's login or a wp-content backup and we'll move you within 24 hours.
Where are your servers located?+
Microsoft Azure South Africa North today, with Lagos and Nairobi regions on the roadmap. All customer data lives on the African continent.
